“When I was little we lived at Oodnadatta in a wiltja (handmade shelter,) it was a good time with my friends and mum and dad there. We used to go walking around to the school, the store, and the clinic. We had no car so were walking all the time. Then my uncle got a car so we drove to Indulkana where our family was living and we stayed. We would go swimming in the creek all the time. I’ve worked  at the aged care cooking the dinner, washing blankets and clothes. Now I’m painting at Iwantja Arts, my paintings have lots of colours and tell all the good stories.”
